Default Adjustable Sway's?

I want to get rid of that puny little sway that comes on my car, but I want somethign that I can adjust back and forth for autox and street, because this is my daily driver too. I've got a few questions, and yes I've searched.

I'm looking mostly at the Suspension Tech adjustable sway. I was told by someone that the adj's aren't quite as good as the solid 22mm bars. The thing is I don't want a bar that is set, I want to be able to set the bar according to conditions. I guess I'm just looking for opinions on the reliability and adjustibility of them.

Thanks

why are you so set on adjusable? you dont drive hard enough on the street to even feel a significantly stiffer sway bar anyway.

That is the kind of thing I want to know, basically if an adjustable is even worth it or if they make any kind of difference.
