any of u guys know of any emission inspection stations here in NJ that'll pass and give u the pass inspection sticker even if u fail? a lot of people have been telling me that JDM engines, even with a brand new cat, wont pass the emission..

 

throw a cat on and run a SOHC ecu and you should be able to pass.
