Ok, i did some work on my 99 Si (repair oil leak and whatnot) and before i put it back on the road i finally got my OBDI and harness. Im running a turbo with 450cc injectors, and for the past year i was running the VAFC hack.

I have an ECU which i believe is bad, it was chipped poorly. A friend let me borrow a chipped PO6 converted to P28. The ECU apparently runs completely fine in my car, but we put in my chip and it doesnt start. Sounds like no spark - spark plug test shows that 1 and 4 are not sparking, but 2 and 3 are. Now i can plug in my OBDII ECU and it will spark all 4 - so my coil and distributor are ok.

Any ideas? Im trying to get ahold of another P28 to test out.
