Jdm Itr Question

Doesn't the Jdm Itr come w/ a 4-1 oem header? My cousin ordered one online from some supposed "Jdm Engine Warehouse" and when he got it, theres a 4-2-1 cast manifold. Whats the deal?

96-97 had the 4-2-1 design, 98 honda went to the 4-1

I hope he didnt pay big $$$ for it....as above 96Spec got a cast 4-2 section with mild steel 2-1 section...only 98spec got the 4-1 s/s header!
