hi my friend has a b16 jdm motor in a 4 door 1995 civic and its stock the problem is that when the car is warmed up its starts stutter at low rpm and mid rpm like aroun 3000 and 2000 its sound like miss fires sound what can it be he just changeed the plugs and also when ever he mashed on it it would making hte misfiring sound or stutter sound sounds like tatt "atatatatata" thens it goes and accelerate what can it be thank you please help !

I would pull the valve cover and check the valve adjustment. You could have a valve off. Of course I had a tick in my car and one camshaft lobe had broken off...
