I've just pay a deposit for a 2003 S

I am paying $26900 for it. It is a NEW 03, a dealer leftover with less than 100 miles on it. The dealer told me that the rear bumper was hit while someone backing the car, and it is replaced with origianl honda part, and repainted.

I just want to get some opinion on whether this is a good deal. The only hold back for me would be that it is in red... which is not my favourite color, my favourite color is blue and silverstone.... but red is acceptable to me too.
