Default CAN THIS BE FIXED.... W/OUT PAINTING?

Looking at this 93 hatch for sale and it has this oxidization on it.

will a high speed buffer and some rubbing compound get it out??

yep needs to be painted....... might as well do the complete car if your getting it at a good price

seriously though u need to get it painted , cant buff the paint if there isnt any there

i dunno about paint, but clearcoat, YES. definatly. thats your clearcoat peeling off.

time not really, since im bored at work and thats where the car is anyways.

and its better to waste 5 minutes now and see if it gets anybetter versus painting it for $$
