glad your ok. well just let the insurance take care of it and thats it. since you got rearended,, it was probably their fault so your insurance should take care of your car and yourself. let them do their jobs and sit back and relax

yeah since you werent at fault, make sure you get it fixed to OEM specs...plus...like my insurance, they only want to work with honda when it comes to repairs...might be same way with yours

thanks guys for the concern...i was actually with my girlfriend and she said, that she is feeling some pain around her neck and back ...So i am worried about her condition. We are going to see the doctor asap. A 96 F150 hit us at 25mph.
i was surprised on the lack of damage especially getting hit by a truck. Thats why you gotta love hondas !
since its only the back with the damage, does this mean there only going to paint the rear bumper? wont it look discolored from the rest of the car?
What should i do about this ?
thanks guys for the info.

if you get it done at the dealer or a good body shop, they shouldnt have a problem matching the paint.
yeah, they'll only repair the damage. they would probably get you all new OEM parts, and repaint them from there. thats what happened when i got rear ended in my 5th gen
wait for insurance to check out your car, and they'lll tell you where you have to go (most likely honda). then after a month maybe the car will be done, and you wait for your check for the injury and whatever else damages occured.
