Tuning necessary for just I/H/E and 11.8 CR?

im putting on
I/H/E
skunk2 manifold
310 cc injectors
11.8 CR wiseco pistons

do i need hondata? or is this still minor modifications and i dont really need tuning?

I would suggest cam gears and yes the hondata! Tuning is not necessary but if you want to get the most out of any engine tuning is ur friend !!

It would be alright, yes. Hondata/uberdata would be better...IMO.
