HF/si is the same wiring. everything should plug in or you might have to extend a couple of plugs. but use your hf wiring harness. I'm doing the same swap myself so I know.

Yes, use the whole harness. I have that swap. The HF uses the EGR system which you just won't plug in. I didn't modify any lengths of wire. There is one sensor on the back of the b18 block, near the no. 1 cylinder, that you will not use. That is how i did mine and i throw no codes and it runs great. Good luck.
Make sure you hammer the frame on the driver side to clear the alternator.
but yeah like everyone else said, use your HF wire harness.

i have a 91 crx hf with b18a and s1 (b16 cable) tranny. I used crx si wiring harness and 91 integra axles and half shaft.
CRXH22, You will need to do some wiring if you don't already have a multi-point swap. If your engine is Pre-OBD, you can use your car harness and change the engine harness pluss the extra wires for the injector resistor box and two more injectors. You should probably take it to a shop if you can't do the wiring yourself. I used No-name brand mounts and chopped the integra linkage about 2 1/2 inches. I didn't pound in the frame to clear the alternator and it rubs during medium to hard cornering. Good luck.

the HF engine harness is not the same as the Si harness - it will plug into the chassis harness, but will not work - the wires in the connectors are in different locations and some wires that are in the driver's side connector are in the passenger's side connector on the HF and vice versa
this is comparison of the wire locations for the driver's side connector
