i was thikin of what to do with my LS Integra. i have some money to spend a good amount on my motor. thinkin about doin an ls vtec with a gsr head or go ahead and get a gsr motor with a type r head. what do u think? Give me some feedback.

 

since you already have the ls block i say ls vtec. if you have money to spend get the block done over with itr pistons get the gsr head pnp new valve train maybe some ctr cams or skunk2 stg 1 cams and skunk IM that be a nice set up

 

What you just described is almost exactly my setup....

 

that torque curve is nasty. doesn't look like much fun to drive on the street.

so yea, its actually very fun to drive on the street.

 

I'm thinkin the same as {siR cr-x } w/ the LS Block & GSR Head w/ ITR pistons maybe Skunk2's w/ STR Cam gears..My buddy has close to that same set up and it seems to pull pretty hard also w/ an ITR header aem fuel rail etc..
