Ter-bow

Honestly, do a compression test first, find out the condition of your motor. Then either go turbo or swap with an H22.

And SEARCH!

All or most of your questions can be answered by searching.

The available swaps are mainly h22....if your compression is good turbo your accord.

Both should cost around 2K and with a FI (forced induction) setup with your current engine is somewhat limited unless adding more to build your engine. A FI setup is good for about 7-8 psi and 215whp and 230wtq on a stock motor w/good compression.

A H22 out of the box will/should get around 170ish to the wheels (mt). With upgrades ranging from supercharger to a turbo setup the possibilities are more expansive due to the base numbers on the h (NTM its dohc). More work will be needed to keep a stable h22 with FI.

Search, there is an endless amount of info on the subject
