I'm going to drop one of these engines into a 92-93 civic dx h/b
Should I drop in a 95 integra gsr (B18C)

or

B18B with vtech head (Frankenstein)

which engine do you think I should choose?

also do you think an LSD equiped tranny is worth the extra money?

don't use the VTECH head you will get bad reception.
