My mini bike goes vroom
Im building myself a mini bike to get around town. I got all my parts and im just waiting on the main frame to come back from the shop so i can start assembly.
I bought a 6.5hp engine (its a replica honda gx200 6.5hp engine) http://www.honda-engines.com/gx200.htm The manual recomends 10W-30 4 stroke or equivalent high detergent premium quality motor oil for service classification sg, sf.
Are there any oil brands which you guys can recommend? and because its not oem honda should i replace the plug or do anything else so i can get the most outta this puppy?
And what would this thread be without pics...(missing handle bars)

if your talking about power, look around for gocart shops around your town and ask them what you can do to get more power.

I tried combineing the best of both worlds on this frame, from a mini bike and a mini chopper. I wanted to keep everything as compact as possible but still comfortable to cruise around on.

At this moment i might go whole flat black or a combination of flat black and a high gloss white...
Any other suggestions on color/paint scheme?

I built one for approx $400. Keep in mind that that 6.5 hp engine has 9.75 ft/lbs or torque.
I almost killed my self until I had a wheelie bar welded. That's right, it will wheelie and there is almost no way of stoping unless the rear wheel is pushed back.
Whe rear wheel was kinda warped and I am looking for a new one.
Oh yeah, change the oil after the first few hours of riding it. breaking in makes the oil filthy.
