Just got a 87 CRX Si.....

When did the body style change for CRXs?

can I use a hood from say a 90 CRX and put it on my 87? Are parts interchangeable like that or no?

I also noticed that on the rear of some CRXs the top portion about the tailights is clear, which looks nice. Mine is just painted red just like the car, but I've seen black CRXs with the portion above the tailights being clear.

there isnt very much that can changeover from the 2G's to the 1G's
the hood is not interchangable

No the hood will not work on the 87. I don't believe there is a lot that is intercahngeable bewteen the two generations of the crx.
