building rocker arms?

building rocker arms?
i ordered a head on ebay and the guy said it came with rocker arms. well. i only have on bar for the arms to go on. do i only need one? i thought i had to have two. also how do i put the arms on? if u have a link or advice or anything please let me know. tahnx
