I don't know whats up with this ****. The bank just withdrew my account for 350.00 . Because this dude didnt' have any money in his account or he stopped payment on it . WEll dude I sent you the hx wheels already . You try scamming me over this **** . Its been over a month man. My bank says that for some ungodly reason your bank wouldn't let them withdraw the funds. WEll contact me. I'm not a kid I will send your *** to jail.

Anyone with any info on this clown let me now. don't except any checks from him . he has no money.

just start the small claims paperwork, dont evey wait for this guy to come through. because he will be served papers maybe that will knock some sense into him. trust me he wont come through.. just fillout the court paperwork have him served and dont end the court date until your have your cash in hand. and dont except any excuse.

 

true . thanks man. I've just never had this kind of **** happen to me so wanted to give home boy a chance to redeem himself ya know. But I definitely will get the paper work done. I have his address and everything so I should be ok. thanks for looking out.

 

unfortunately he wont be going to jail even if fraud is found. people only go to jail in fraud cases when it mulitpal victims in the hundreds and it is of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

this will be a small claims case and judgement will have to be aquired through a lawyer or claims company (both will take atleast 50% of the judgement) or you can have a credit agency put this in his credit history as a non paying balance. which is good for 7 years after that it is erased from his credit report. maybe he will buy a house within that time or need some financing???
