Trans sticking, HELP!!!!!

Default Trans sticking, HELP!!!!!

Ok here is my problem. i am using gm syncro friction modified now. have about 700 miles on fluid. was at track wednesday and when i was leaving i noticed that it was very hard going into and out of 4th gear. it also has had a little grind in 3rd that has slowly developed. i know there is alot of topics on this but i want more info. also it is a 98 ex tranny in a 95 ex.

When i had synchro mesh, it created a notch going into all the gears. Switch to honda MTF and see if that fixes it.

switched back to mtf and now after a week i have no 4th at all, just will not go into 4th.
