Does a 93 Accord Harness fit a B16A???
Will a harness taken from a 1993 Accord work with a B16A OBD1?
How about the ECU connecter, will it fit to a 1993 GSR or Civic SI ECU?
I have a complete 1993, running accord, that I want to take apart and use parts out of to put a b16 into a mini. If anyone can help, let me know.

You could modify a '93 accord engine harness to fit the b16a, but it would be alot easier to get a civic or integra engine harness and use that.
I've never personally tried an integra or civic ecu in an accord, but I do know that an obd1 h22a ecu, which will plug into an obd1 accord, will also plug into an obd1 civic.
So the ecu connectors should work, as long as everything is obd1.
If I were you, I'd sell the running accord and just purchase a civic (or integra) engine and main harness.
Good luck with your project.

Ok, so here is the thing, I got the accord real cheap, $400 bucks, and I want to run all honda, from the ignition to the engine.
If the ECU plugs in, then does that also mean that pins on the ECU are lined up with the right wires to the engine?

Yes, the majority of the wires are correct.
There are a few differences, though.
Like the injector resistor box, egr system, and there will be some lengthening or shortening of wires.
If you have a basic knowledge of wiring, it shouldn't be much of a problem.
I've modified quite a few civic/integra harnesses to fit H and F series motors, but never the other way around. ha
