Default JDM 4-1 header on an LS? pointless or not?

Opinions of a JDM 4-1 header on an LS? pointless or not? I read on some other board that they said that a 4-1 setup is pointless on an ls because 4-1 actually works better on higher end rpms after 6800 or so. In that case an LS only revs up to 6800.

I might be wrong but I dont think a JDM 4-1 fits on an LS block.

Yes, the header fits. It might not line up correctly on the collector side but that is an easy fix. It is true that a 4-1 is a high RPM oriented powerband...but its still a big improvement nonetheless.
