Default 99-00 Civic Si Question.........

OK....so I have a 00 Si and I already have a Dash Kit for the CD Player and all, but the dash kit that I have has a pocket under it. I have looked EVERYWHERE around where I live and it seems to be that the only dash kit that they offer here is the one with a pocket. I didn't know if anyone has seen or knows where to get a dash kit for a 00 Si that just has the opening for the CD player on the top and than on the bottom it is just that flush piece of that material because I am wanting to mount my AVCR boost controller in there flush and it doesn't work as well with the pocket dash kits as I would like it to. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

THere is a factory block off plate that you could use in this situation.

You don't need a dash kit or a cage to get an aftermarket headunit to fit properly into a 00-99 civic.

So You could get the factory block off plate, cut the hole for the head and cut the hole for the controller, and then mount them up.

It's an option to consider

And no, I don't know the PN

no, I don't have any pics for it, and yes it is a factory part

I think majestic honda's website has all of the spare parts breakdowns where you can look at the available parts

search www. c l u b s i .com for it - it's on there in the general section somewhere IIRC, but you can find it on that site

I can't find it anywhere on Majestic's Website nor on Clubsi.com....

Anyone got any other help on where I might be able to find this block off plate from Honda or where to find the dash kit that I am looking for?
