I've seen some hot-to's on make your own halo headlights for about $10 but you have to pay in order for them to tell you how, does anyone know the how-to that could post it up?

BTW, I'm net and I have a 1999 integra gsr with dc sports header, full exhaust, koni adjustables, aem intake, ngk plugs and wires, and short shifter

 

are you talking about the angel eyes like the bmw's have ?
