Antenna motor

I did a search and haven't found an answer. What should i use to lubricater the antenna motor since some of you said to use something that doesn't correct a lot of dirt?

I used white lithium grease on mine, same as on the sunroof tracks. Use some and then put the antenna up and down a few times, then wipe off any excess with a dry rag.
