ok i was looking around on this site i found at turbo kits for my CRX, and i came across the D17..i have never heard of such and engine even after months of reading almost every post on this site.

And another thing, will a D16a6 turbo kit work on a DOHC ZC?

 

The D-17 is in the 01+civics

all i know about it is that on the exhaust manifold the ports wont line up right. but it can be fixed with abit of porting. as for the piping and what not i dont know.

 

ok that makes sence why i haven't heard of them...

now what about the DOHC turbo question?

 

ok cool, but i don't know if i'd want the front mount intercooler..i'd want to do something diffrent and go water/air intercooler i have heard good things about it

 

My first crx had a greddy single cam turbo set up. all pre 95 d series exhaust ports are identical, the only cutting involved is right by the bottom drivers side stud on the manifold, it just needs a notch. Ports arent a problem, but porting never hurt anthing
