I was finally able to clean up the head some and see how bad the damage really is. The valves still appear to close fully and arent bent, but wont know for sure until I can remove them. Otherwise, let the pics speak for themselves. Im pretty sure its fixable, but what exactly will need to be done to clean this up? Keep in mind this is going on an 84mm bottom end.

for comparisons sake

Looks like you were one of the luckier ones man! I would pull the valves to make sure everything is straight, and also to see if there is any damage that the valves might be covering up. Other than that, you're gonna want someone to go over those combustion chambers and make sure everything is even and clean it up a little bit. If you're thinking of doing any headwork (port/polish) now is the time to do it

Haha, you east coasters I swear the only tools you people need are a few beers and a dremel.

Technically, you could dremel it, but my advise would be to have a pro do it so your chambers are all the same size, shape and volume. That would ensure equal burns and a/f ratios in all cylinders.

Deshroud the chambers, (rounding off sharp edge) you probably should have already done that if your 84mm but no big deal. To check if vavles are ok, just take cams out so valves are shut, and then proceed to pour water in all ports. if the water leaks out profusly then you may indeed have a bent valve, if it just dribbles out you may be ok with just lapping the valves with good fine grit valve grinding compound.

i took my head there. i looked at it again, it doesnt look as bad as yours, but its perfectly workable. he just gave me some bits for my dremel to smooth out where the piston "smushed" some of the comb. chamber.

no i need to sell it and its still for sale. but the more time that goes by that it doesnt sell, all my money is going to debts and slowly decreasing them. another few weeks and my debt will be cut in half, therefore, no need to sell since thats the point of selling it in the first place. j00 got it meng?
