Default Throttle body spacers on EBAY

Hi,

I'm pretty new to the world of tuning and am looking for fairly cheap bolt on mods for my JDM H22A 4th Gen Prelude SI Vtec.

I've got my induction kit sorted and have an OBX header, Hi-Flow cat, and 2.25" bore exhaust system. Next i was going to move onto electrics and get some denso iridium spark plugs, and Nology hotwires and a grounding kit.

Does this sound like a good order to be adding these mods?

I've seen a few different things on ebay recently one of which is the Throttle body spacer (and others like resistor chips which claim to add 11hp??!!) are these cheaper mods very good? I'm a little sceptical of anything that's cheap and claims big gains in power especially if it's on Ebay!

After I've done the electrics where should I turn my attention to next in order to gain some extra horses from my H22?

Stay away from those ebay chips. The only thing they are good for is... for me to poop on.

Yeah, for the throttle body spacers, you just need to ask yourself one question: Is your engine carburated?

If the answer is no, then a throttle body spacer is worthless.

For some respectable gains for the money, definitely go with an intake & aftermarket accessory pulleys. How's the fitment on the OBX header, btw?
