They are basically the same thing. The WSII has a full stainless steel muffler, and the tip may be a little larger. Otherwise they should be the same.

i'm pretty sure that ws1 & 2 both have SS mufflers, but the piping for ws1 isn't ss, whereas it is on ws2.

Yes WS2>WS and it should be just as quiet.

You sure about that? My WSII piping is made out of mild steel.

Anyways, those who say the WSII came with SS piping obviously dont own the WSII:

"APEX is proud to introduce the new 50 state legal WS II EXHAUST series!! The NEW WS II EXHAUST SERIES is APEX'i's answer to the ultimate street muffler system with all around performance. The canister is made of the highest grade polished SUS304 stainless steel with titanium particle paint coated mild steel piping."

The only thing that I found off the site I got the quote from just said it had a rolled tip for a more professional look. Other than that, I'm not really sure, and Apex'i's site wasnt much help.

You probably should just get the WS I. I doubt there is enough difference to warrant any price increase. On a stock car the power difference between the two would probably be minimal anyway, if at all.

Depends, they DID tune it for more low end torque if that's what you're looking for, if that 1-2 ft lbs will make the difference...
