I have just gotten my Carbon Fiber Hatch for my 2000 Type R and was wondering if i use the FAL lexan window or if i can use the stock window. And how does the new window install onto the hatch? Need to get it on ASAP so if any one could help that would be greatly appreciated! I'll post some nice pics when it's done!
fal replacement
most of the weight savings is in the glass... so don't put the heavy stock stuff back in.
any glass/ body shop should be able to mount it for you without any problems.

I don't think most people run moldings around the glass, just sealant/screws
The body/hatch molding is on the body of the car.
