Will d16z6 internals fit into a d16a6 or d15b2 block?

 

Any takers for this question?

 

Z6 internals will fit an A6 but have too much stroke for the B2. Why do you ask? Are you just makin' a super-motor?

 

I don't care about power, I've got a bunch of misc. parts and I'm just trying to put them together. I've got everything from an a6 except the rods, pistons and crank....which I have some from a z6.

 

yea its possible to create a mix and match of internals between the d-series family.. but just make sure you dont exceed the block height and you got to know the clearance issues..... but i am telling you it is possible...HTH
