ok i need this car running by today (wednesday) and all is left is the STUPID WIRING. this is my first swap so bare with me

well first of all, i have a obd0>obd1 wiring harness from vtecfrog which comes with a subharness for all my extra sensors etc. the motor is in, i understand i need to rewire my distributor to my Engine Harness, wire up vtec/switch/solenoid/ground and knock sensor. but im havin problems w/ the 4 wire o2 sensor which is on the end of the exhaust manifold. the question is, theres 4 wires, black/white/green/and another color, but my vtecfrog harness has green for sumthin totally different, should it be color to color? or do u know which color is for what exactly. theres

power -o2 sensor,
power intake air bypass,
o2 sensor heater control,
o2 sensor signal.

and ONE LAST question, would the car still run if my engine harness to the motor is all messed up, because, i cut the grey plugs and just wired it up color for color using my cream plug or was i suppose to match it up how the obd1 plug had it and just change plugs but not locations cuz some of these wires arent matching up..thats all, im gonna try hookin up the sensors today. i need the car running BY TONIGHT!!! thanks for your help!
