guys,
i have a stock EK4 (VTI, b16a2) in the UK. I'm thinking about getting new cams nothing special something like toda spec A's or spoon stage 1. Question is will i need to upgrade the value train? on toda's website it says that to use spec A you must run a type r topend. do i need to? i'm just after info so any help would be great.
