Default First K20A Swap Into DC In Canada UPD Finished!

Hey, heres my buddy's 2001 LS automatic we're changing to JDM K20A (RSX Type R with 6spd, LSD, and only 1000kms). Engines in, manual pedals done, shifter almost done, and now we're waiting for the rest of the parts. Will update with more pics of Comptech header installed (no clearance issues at all). Also, we're using a 92 accord shifter and hybrid racing mounts. We ordered all the mounts, axels, etc from K20eg but they're still MIA.
As far as I know this is the first K20 swap in Canada, let me know if I'm wrong, thanks.

Josh

UPDATE

Comptech Header

Hasport has a DC with a K motor.

I doubt they are Hybrid Racing's mounts if you are getting them through K20EG. They don't like each other.

If want to know a few things about Eric(K20EG), read this thread:

Last month I saw a k20 eh civic at a drag strip here in Ontario. It was an all motor race car. Can't remember the the name of the team though, so I guess there was at least one before you.

They are Hybrid Racing mounts, had to order all the parts again through Hybrid Racing cause the first time we ordered the parts through Eric he just kept the money and didn't send anything (I've read all the post on him so I don't expect the parts to come either).

Thanks for the comments guys.

So how many K20's in DC you guys heard of? Theres the one from HASPORT and JoesTypeS, anyone else?

No hood clearance problems, using Spoon Sports CF hood.

The oil pan is slightly below the Spoon front lower tie bar. I'll try and post a pic later.

Personally, I would rather wait for the AEM plug n play EMS to come out. Unless the price of the KPro comes down quite a bit.

Most people are using a 90-97 Accord shifter box. In fact, that is what Hasport uses.

If you don't believe me PM brian g. He will tell you all about it.

I think Hasport also plans on coming out with their own shifter box sometime in the future too.
