Default rear lower control arm bushigns

I need to replace pretty much all the bushings in my Integra, I was planning on getting the energy suspension kit, even though i'm not a fan of poly, since getting all rubber bushings ends up being rediculously expensive. I'm definetly going to get a rubber bushing for the main big one in the trailing arm, I can see where that would definetly bind. What I'm wondering is do I need to get rubber for the other three TA bushings or can I put poly there with no ill side effects? Is there another cost effective alternative the ES kit that I might have missed?

Thanks

prothane. prothane is key. if its a track-only car, spherical berring. but for street, prothane. lightning motorsports carries them as does jc whitney. i have prothane in my front lcas, and t/c rod ends. and i love them. im eventually going to prothane the whole car. as for the trailing arm bushing, the mugen is upgraded rubber. but from what i have heard, the newer stock is the same upgraded. either way, if your car is lowered, try to press the trailing arm bushing on an angle so at rest the bushing isnt twisted.
