13 is not a valid number code for the rod big-end bore size.
The crank should be just a single letter, no numbers.
The rod should read either 1, 2, 3, or 4, not a combination pair of those numbers.
Using what you've given, I could guess that:
If it's B1, then you need Pink/Pink.
If it's B3, then you need Green/Green.
I've never seen Pink or Red bearings used before.
