Not if it fits,but I think you will find that the 2001 HU has a diff. plug then the 95, metra makes both adpt.

Metra also makes them 71 xxxx to go into the HU and 70 xxx to plug into your cars radio harness,

^^Yep....just tell them you want a reverse harness for a 2001 Integra. You might want to get a regular honda harness as well. This way you can plug the honda harness into the one in your car, and simply match colors with the reverse harness.....then you can plug in your new deck...
