88-89 and 90-91 corner lights differnt?

can someone PLEASE tell me..is this true? the 88-89 and 90-91 corner lights and differnt..true not true? what different abot them..my friend say 88-89 have 2 screws on the side and 90-91 dont

88-89 have 2 screws from outside and 90-91 have 1 screw holding them inside

I have a 1990 4 door LX Civic, and the front corners are held in with one screw.
