Default Quick Transmission Specs for a 5th Gen

I'm going to button everything up tonight, but I don't have the torque specs for the bell housing bolts. Can anyone help me out with these?

...and if you have it...the bolts for the ATTS housing as well.

Thanks!

Anyone? I got everything together last night. the bolts are fairly tight. I would really like this to stay bolted together!

I was just making sure. I do not want to take that thing out again. ...and I definitely didn't want to strip the treads or snap a bolt.

I got it pretty tight...at least tight enough that I'm satisfied. Just wanted to make sure that was good enough.

PS - I really like the Fidanza 8lb...revs quick and clean.

Also, I changed the fluids in both the Transmission and the ATTS unit. I bought Honda MTF, but the colors are different. The fluids I drained from the tranny and ATTS were red, and this new stuff is a golden color.

Did Honda change their MTF fluid since 2001?

looks like 47 ft/lbs.... personally, i would over torque them, that just doenst seem tight enough for the vibration it sustains

Thanks guys...I'm pretty sure I got them torqued to more than 47 ft.lbs. I know they were a little harder that that to get off, but that was probably because of the factory loctite.

Also I hope you didn't put mtf fluid in your atts unit because that isn't what is supposed to be in there. Honda atf fluid is the correct fluid! I don't know if it is a big difference but I'd put the right fluid in there because the atts unit is 3 grand alone!

Thanks p99. I went to the local dealership and got the correct fluid. I new the colors were different, but I couldn't tell the original color of the tranny fluid when I drained it because it was was almost black. The ATTS has the ATF and the tranny has the MTF now.

Yay. The car is driving great. I can't wait to get on it after the clutch gets broken in.
