02' Accord Totaled

My Accord was totaled on sunday. I got rearended by a lady doing 35-40 mph. I was standing still. She has State Farm so I hope I get what I owe on the car and some. I already filed Bodily Injury. But I think it may go to law suit

yeah my friend got 2000 bucks that went straight into his pocket from neck pain, all he had to do was go to the chiropractor twice a week for a while

The ladies brakes failed. She had the brown Toyota Sienna in the pic. She drove her car home. Her airbags didn't go off, Just bent the front hood a little.
