Default Comments/recommendation about this set up for Integra GSR - Primarily Auto-x

I think the set up needed will vary based on the car & driver profile, type of usage etc…. Car profile: 4 door 99 Integra GSR with Type-R sway bar running on Falken Azenis. Car will be used as a daily driver also but I am ready for daily ride compromises for a good Auto-x set up.

I have only six months of Auto-x experience but have been doing well on the Novice classes (topping most of the times). This is what I have in mind based on the Research and SEARCH I have done so far

Koni yellows with GC coilovers
Spring Rate : 400 Front /450 Rear
Spring Length : 8" Front / 7" Rear

Any other suggestions?

P.S. Focusing more on the driver is important so planning to attend the Evolution school some time this year.

FYI, I like my setup. I won the regional championship (STS class) in 2002 with my GS-R sedan. I had plans to make it better, too bad it's gone now.

Here is my setup, http://www.vwong.org/db8.htm

I'd go 400/500 at least. I'm dealing with the same long wheelbase you have to deal with and a little more % difference front to rear on the rates helped my car rotate well with that setup.

Evo school

You'll be pleasantly surprised by how nicely it still rides. Just keep your ride heights reasonable.
