Default headlight bulb suggestions

hey my headlight bulb just went out on my 94 honda accord... i think the bulb type is 9006.

i have tried PIAA superwhite, CuZo, Sylvania CoolBlue, and etc bulbs. i'm looking for something WHITE, WHITe, WHIte, WHite, White, white light bulbs. i'm not really into HID setup either, too much money for me.

any recommendations on light bulbs what don't give out blue lights, as you have already read my description above, i'm looking for the WHITE output. just don't want to deal with cops by having those bluish lights.

thanks in advance~

I'm wondering the same thing, bulbs aren't on the top of my list of things to buy but I'll do some if they are the right kind.

Have you tried Hyper Industries. There okay, there not BLUE so that should be good. When you look at them there like WHITE like **** but that could just be me.

You will get the best visibility from the normal bulbs. All those blue coatings don't do a thing for you, and do even less for you when it's dark and rainy. Don't let the yellowish light fool you, it's what'll work the best, short of going full out HID.

If you mean color temperature by wavelength, yes, 6000 Kelvin is much closer to natural daylight than 4300K. Sunlight is supposedly (during ideal conditions) around 5500-5600. Cloudiness actually raises that, I've found it to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 8000k. Confused yet?
