stock Si quarter mile time?
does any one know off the top of their head what the quarter mile time and speed for 91 si is? i know i could find it online but i dont feel like looking...just curious
Aside from the obvious fact that noone can tell you how exactly well they will drive a car and there is no "set" time for ANY car. Its around ~16.X I would say, this being a moderate to above average driver and the car being a 5spd. But factors suck as track temp, altitude ASL, DRIVER SKILL, weight, track light speeds and so fourth. There's so many variables in track racing which is what makes it such a fun and diverse activity. And next time, take half the time it took to write this thread and use the S-E-A-R-C-H button, its rather simple and self explanitory. - Darrell
i already know all this...i wanted to know what its rated at...a simple " in the 16's" would have worked....stop being an ******* and instead of bitching at people, jsut dont respond to forums you dont want to be a part of

dont be a jack ***, this has been covered 100 times. do a search and dont be so quick to jump all over people who have already read the same stupid question 100 times before. if you would search this wouldnt be a problem
your response took more effort to type then just searching in the first place

i have an 89 hf, with a 91 si engine, and have full exhaust ( header, high flow cat, and a OBX catback) and an AEM cold air intake, but i jsut wanted an idea of what crxs ran stock...my car is ( well is going to be, its not done yet) an everyday driver and might not ever even see the track, i was jsut curoius- thanks to the people who actually answered my question
I have an 88 si rex. When it was stock, intake, header, I went 15.7-16.1 in the quarter. It really matters on what track your at also. At cecil county I went 15.7-15.8 all day, but at maple grove I would go 15.9-16.1 all day. The track at cecil is slightly down hill I heard.
my 89 hf with d16a6 (ebay header, gsr oem intake boot with k&n filter and 2 1/4 exhaust, and 13 inch slicks) it went 14.8. I will be getting my delta 260 cam in a few days then heading back to track. I'll let you know what it does.
