Default Ive done it now, BIG PROBLEM

ok so i had two days off to drop my engine so that i can start rebuilding it, and was held back by the passenger axle nut. i tried using a breaker bar the size of the jack handle and ended up stripping it... i searched and tried to go at it with a dremel....after wasting two days and limited time this is what it turned into...

my question is HOW THE F**K DO I GET THIS OFF

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED TIA

oh...wow...

I'll also suggest giving fire wrench-ing a try
Or just cut the nut in a few places (opposite sides or 3's or 1/4's...then split it open)

i dont really want to replace the assym. cuz its a gsr swap....when you say to drill it out, does that mean drill down the center of the axle? if you look to the lower right of the nut theres a drill hole...i actually got down to the hub on the left side, but i cant figure how to split it. im going try to torch the hell out of it.

edit: where can i find a "fire wrench"?

if i was you, the first thing i would try is heating the nut up with a torch of some kind, and getting a hammer and a punch or a chisel and try to spin it off.

Try an air hammer after getting it glowing with a torch... hope you have a good source of air..

aim it like this ____O

that will work for sure.

haha.. somebody is thinking like me!

actually.. a manual hammer will do it if your good with tools and have a little luck..

But if at all possible get an air hammer - barrow a friends tank and airchisel if you dont have one.
