what are you guys setting your valve lash at on built heads with type r cams

also i noticed when cleaning some parts from my head that there was some honda bond on them

now that they are cleaned i cant remember which ones had it but im pretty sure it was the cam caps

is there any parts in the head that require honda bond to seal properly

the two caps opposite the camgears need it where they meet the head, and the other 2 on the ends where the camgears are need it around the black seal.

i set mine a little looser

.009 on the exhaust
