For brand new ones that's a good deal. For used they seem a bit high. They have the real JDM black headlights on Ebay all the time and from what I've seen, they usually go for around $300. You can also buy the Depo JDM Replica headlights brand new on Ebay for $180.

Anyways, here's a current auction for the real JDM headlights:

but they are actual one piece JDM headlights. As in the corner can't come off. I have a picture of them on a car (it's a 95 accord, i believe), i just don't know how to upload it.

Stanley never made one piece headlights for the 5th gen. The only one piece headlights for the 5th gens are the "JDM style projector lights" you see on Ebay.

If you want a real JDM one piece headlight, then you're going to have to use ones from a 6th gen and custom fit it to your car like this:

The pics posted arent even real swap outs for 6th gens are they? I think they need some modification as in sheetmetal cutting to fit.

Some of the Stanley's on ebay say they are 'one piece' because they come with the corners already attached, although it is completely possible to remove them. This may be the case. Also I got mine on ebay for $215 (with Stanlely corners) and they were used (apparently) but they looked brand new when I got them. I'd be patient and wait for a good set of Stanley's on ebay, rather then getting the fakes/projectors
