Default still lost on multi-point swap

ok, for starters i will say everyone has been a help (dpfi to mpfi), and the links that ive looked at have been more than helpful... there is only one problem... every link that ive looked at say to switch the dx wiring harness to b16 engine... i dont have a dx harness, i got the car with no engine (90 dx) i do however have the si wiring harness and a b16a wiring harness.... from what ive read and seen, i know niether harness lines up.. should i get a dx engine wiring harness or should i modify the other wiring harnesses to plug in to the wiring harness on the car?

look on ebay all you need is a si cabin harness if you have the under hood harness. the cabin harness is located under the dash behind the glove box then you don't have to mess with anything else just get the vtec subharness from hasport it's like $75.00 shipped. Hope that helps

first question what kind of engine are you planning to drop in.... i am not very clear, but under the impression that you will be getting a b16 engine...
there is no point of buying a dx wiring harness.. when you got an mpfi harnesses lying around... just modying both harnesses and make it fit... since you dont got a engine in it yet... this will make it easier for you to do this...

Well, to start off you will need a stock harness for that chasis, or some of the pins in the shock tower harness will not be the same. Take this from someone that has done it before!

You should get a DX/lx/std (DPFI) and get it modified to MPFI/VTEC. That is if you still got the Engine harness (Shock tower to ECU). If you have no wiring at all then switch over to a complete MPFI wiring swap.
