K24 Head same as K20 Head

Is the K24A3 (crv) head the same as the K20A3 (base rsx) head?

its most likely the same head, maybe with different cams.

No, the exhaust ports are larger on the CRV head. Oh yeah, I believee you mean the K24A1 too.
