I've done a search and came up with at least two different spring rates for the Neuspeed Sport series.

I'm looking for an accurate answer on the rates for the '92-'95 civic model.

I've seen 228f / 130r and also 300f / 190r.

Can anyone verify which one is correct?

 

there are 3 series.

Soft Sport/Sport/Race.

maybe you have the softsport/sport rates?

As a general rule, spring manufacturers don't release their spring rate data, it's mostly inside confidential information. Also, progressive spring rates don't have one set 'rate' to be quoted. I'd say just use those numbers as a guide, the published info on them in the forums are mostly to get an idea of the springs stiffness.

 

Just called up Neuspeed and had to bs with them a little bit before they would tell me the spring rates.

Neuspeed Sport Springs for the '92-'95 Civic are 230f / 130r. This is straight from the horses mouth.

Also, some spring manufacturers use to list the progressive range as well but I don't see them listed like that anymore. For example 85-150 lbs/in

Also have to take into account manufacturing tolerances which can be really bad if it's from a cheap company. General rule is around %5 within the specified rate for quality companies with good manufacturing tolerances.
