so i just got done w/ my lil bros swap and we put the knuckes back on,
when i turn right there is a slight grinding sound.
so i pulled the tire off and found nothing wrong with the brakes even though the rotor is showing signs of metal and metal rubbing.
the rotor moves slightly
the set screw are still in but the the rotor wiggles the whole thing wiggels not the knuckel the rotor and lugs
is my wheel bearing shot??

How old is the new setup?
If the setup is fairly new..its more than likely not the wheel bearing (depending on how the suspension was used by the previous owner(s))
When i did my 5 lug swap i had the same problem, and thought it was my wheel bearing also....but it turned out i didn't have my axle nut tightened all the way. Try tightening up your axle nut (nut that bolts to the axle on the outside of the rotor) you might need to use an air gun or someone strong enought to really tourqe down the nut.
Its not very common for wheel bearing to go bad, unless the suspension was tracked a lot- or has unusually high miles...or both.
