To save time, I know almost nothing about building engines.
Luckily I have friends that are willing to help me do the actual teardown and rebuild. I was wondering where I can find parts for my f22b1 and if you have any suggestions on what not to do that would be great.

 

Lookin at mostly one off stuff. Bisimoto.com maybe your best bet

 

Exospeed or Crower (call them) might be able to help you with a cam. otherwise if you're going NA then up the compression and do the H23 Intake manifold conversion aned look for a better hearder (good luck though). You can also see what people on http://www.accordinglydone.com have to reccomend. It is an accord forum so they deal almost exclusivly with F-series engines.

 

Do you know if the h23 intake mani will bolt up to my f22 head? Thanks for all the information
