It's suppose to make your bumper black and shiny again.. has somthing to do with the oils in it.

I very much want to know about this peanut butter thing, I always use mother back to black. Is the peanut butter supposed to make it black for a very long time?

Ok i got it All cleaned up heres the pics.

It was't very easy to get off, and it took some time. I only used the Hose to clean it, and when i got all of it off i just toweled it down. It Looks pretty good and isn't sticky like the black magic or some of the other kinds.

I also wanna know how long it will last. I keep everyone updated.

Heres a pick of the whole car. Not sure why it looks so much like a Crx in that picture. I guess its from all the shrinking that picture went threw.

You are a smart man, I never wanted to use the horn on my crx cause it just sounded so damn lame and it would just be embarassing. I would resort to reving my engine and tailing people who were jerks and cut me off

I think you need to find more things to fill you day.. Getting up at 5:30am is too early unless your bolting on a turbo kit or something..

I just used a heat gun on the black part of my bumper. Cleaned it up really nice. Probalby easier than peanut butter..........but peanut butter sounds like a good idea.

penut butter thing works great..... but i dodnt wash it off with the hose... i did all the trim peices on my 90 crx my girls 99 lx and her dads silverado....(car wash day).

anyway, if you coat it lightly with penut butter then let it sit, get a towel (or something you wont mind smelling like penut butter for a while) and rub it in... while rubbing it off at the same time works great, all the dingy black trim looks brand new. did it about 4-5 months ago... the only one that doesnt look new is the silverado but thats because its a work truck and its always dirty as hell.

I cleaned off the bumpers really well, got all the grease and oil off, then sprayed on some Duplicolor Adhesive promoter. After the coat of adhesive promoter, I sprayed on the Duplicolor black bumper paint. I'm pretty sure the paint is designed for a bumper, its looked like new ever since I painted it. I also taped off my doors and used the same procedure on the side moldings.. Made the car look 100% better.

Hehe. I use the revving thing instead of a horn as well. You're foots already there. Takes to much thought for my simple-processed brain to get the horn in a decent amount of time. Though one time... ::trails off.::

Anyways. I love that horn. I wanna hear it in real life, ::laughs.:: Sounds like a blast. No pun intended.
